Player registration forms for the 2007-8 season are available for those teams that have registered to join the Garforth Junior Football League.


Once team affiliations are recieved and accepted, forms will be sent to the Club Secretary.
Therefore Managers are asked to contact thier Club Secretary for forms and not the Player Registration Secretary.
